The College of Arts and Sciences, as the largest and most diverse College of the University of North Texas, values excellence and interaction in the academic programs it offers. Each of its programs uniquely contributes to the metropolitan research mission of the University of North Texas. The College of Arts and Sciences boasts 8,000 majors, 100 undergraduate and graduate degree programs, as well as 16 doctoral programs, housed in twenty-one academic departments.
